Coupons

Use coupons when you grocery shop!! You can save a bundle!! I will be adding some savings sites. So watch for them!!

My Queso

Here is a wonderful recipe for Queso!!  Every time I go to anything that I have to bring a dish, this is requested.  It is very easy and a single batch feeds quite a few.  it goes great in the crock pot too.

 

Candaces Queso

Ingredients- 

1 pkg Velvetta (regular size) cut in chunks

1 onion chopped

1 stick butter

2 cans rotel tomatoes with green chilies (drained)

1 can diced tomatoes (drained)

tostito chips

 

cook the butter and onion together until the onion is soft then add the Velvetta and cook until the Velvetta is melted and smooth, add the cans of tomatoes and mix until creamy and blended.  serve with chips.  Yum!!
